(Please note that in order to get the most from these videos I strongly recommend that you have the Sil Lim Tao Drills video. We will be building on the drills and skills that you've learned in the Sil Lim Tao Drills video for this training.)
In Chum Kiu Drills 1 video, you'll learn 14 different Crossing Hands drills and 4 different Focus Mitt drills. That's 18 different drills in total!
We will start to functionalize the drills. You'll build on the skills you developed from the Sil Lim Tao Drills video and you'll learn new drills to add to your arsenal!
You'll learn counters to incoming attacks and how to deal with incoming forces. You'll sharpen your hand-eye coordination so that your hands work together to subdue your opponent in record time.
In the Chum Kiu Drills 2 video, you get 14 different Pak Sau Cycle Drills and 5 different Lap Sau Bong Sau Cycle drills. These drills help you deal with opponent movement and stepping (because nobody stands still when we want them to!)
You'll learn to deal with greater incoming forces from a moving opponent. You'll learn how to maintain distance and optimize angles to give you better lines of attack.
What Makes These Videos So Different?
I've bought a lot of Wing Chun videos over the years in my training and one complaint I had (and one I heard over and over from my students) was that you would just see a display of the technique, form or drill - with no instructions given.
So it was almost impossible to learn the details on how to do it for yourself. That's one of the reasons I made my videos - to actually teach you step-by-step the form, drills and techniques you need to learn Wing Chun.
These videos are not about showing all my "cool" techniques so you can go "Wow - that guy really knows his stuff". These videos are about teaching YOU what YOU need to know to learn and improve your Wing Chun.
Because of this, these videos give you step-by-step instructions - the kind you would get in a real class environment. It's the next best thing to being in a Wing Chun class.
You get LOTS of repetition so you can practice along with the video to get it right. You get detailed instructions on body alignment, centering, foot stance and proper hand position as we go along.
You'll learn the secrets to good mechanics and power generation. I even use 2 different colored arm bands to make it easier to follow the hand and arm placement throughout the drills.
And the best part about these videos? They're downloadable to your computer in minutes. There's no ordering and waiting for 2-3 weeks for your videos to come in the mail. You could be learning Wing Chun within minutes from the comfort of your own home!
